Olives in Our Stockings!
It's always fun to see what Santa is going to leave in our stockings! Every year growing up, as I have shared on the blog in the past, my brothers and I received a jar of black olives stuffed in the bottom below all the other goodies in our stockings. My mom still gives us a jar every year, and now Andrew gives me one too. It's no surprise then that we pass the tradition on to our kids of course. Last year Bennett got his first jar and this year Bryn was able to share in the tradition too! I am excited to see how these pictures change as the years go by. I love sharing Christmas traditions with these two!
Christmas Morning at Our House!
Christmas Day was such a full and relaxing family day for us this year. It felt wonderful to wake up with the kids and dive right in to the celebration and tradition of it all. We had a big year and were reminded to be grateful for all that matters most. Thanks to my hubby and little ones for making the day so special for all of us!

Feeding the Reindeer
We could not forget about Rudolph and his fellow reindeer buddies! Bennett made a food trail down our sidewalk for the reindeer - complete with carrots and a snack mix we threw together made of oatmeal, chocolate chips, and craisins. We see deer quite often around our yard so I am pretty sure he thought we were leaving the food out for them. I thought we would be doing this with snow on the ground too, but not this year!
