All About Trucks

It was all about trucks today as Bennett was quite happy racing them with Daddy and running back and forth across the kitchen to do it over and over again!

It's Beginning to Look A Lot Like Christmas

Our house is full of Christmas cheer! We have all the lights up, the tree is decorated, the stockings are hung, and we are ready to continue making more holiday memories! I love this time of year!

my list runs long and deep, but here are a few blessings at the top.
i am thankful for:

a husband who always puts his family first and unselfishly asks me what the kids and i need everyday.

a strong, nurturing, and respectful marriage

the opportunities presented and the adventures that unfolded in our lives this past year with the move, a new home, new jobs, and a healthy daughter born.
for my children, my babies, my true loves. they are mine to hold and kiss and smother with love and i am deeply grateful, honored, and inspired that i get to be a mother to them, see life through their eyes, and do all i can to show them the world.

thankful for the dreams in my heart that have come true and the ones we are fortunate enough to be working on now...

Thankful for the People in Our Lives

We shared in so many fun family moments today and are thankful for friends and family both near and far!

Turkey Day Football!

No Thanksgiving Day is complete without a little football - at least with the boys in this family! It was such a gorgeous day outside, we all had to get out to enjoy it after stuffing our bellies. Bennett had a great time getting nice and dirty while tossing the ball around with his daddy and uncles!

We were so excited to be able to host T-day at our house this year, especially considering we have not been in Minnesota to celebrate it for the last 5 years. Andrew cooked a giant and delicious feast for the whole family - it was soooo yummy! We gave thanks for family togetherness, our full hearts, and all shared in a very special day!

This is us before we really got going...so the laughter only gets bigger. We had the camera off when I took a corner too quickly and he rolled off, but he was still laughing....! Sledding was fun today!

Snow!

Bennett loved wearing puffy snow pants and loved even more that he got to run around like crazy in the snow today - two things he was not used to doing when living in Seattle.
It was definitely cold out there so we had to keep it brief, but it is well worth all the laughter and fun family moments!

My Crib

We decided that last night Bryn would move on up to spending the night in her own room (her crib is a whole 10 steps across the hall from our bed). She woke up once at her usual time, then snoozed away until I took this picture when she woke up around 7:00 this morning. I predict another morning person in the family as she is so happy to see us once those eyes open.
