My dear friend Marnie arrived in town from California yesterday, so it was wonderful to have a girls' night followed by a Friday family night of fun at the hotel, complete with pizza and cake and lots of little ones!

It's officially Christmas at our house and the kids love it.  We had an afternoon/evening of decorating before deciding that we just could not do leftovers anymore and headed out for pizza night.  I love this time of year...!

We Give Thanks

  We have so much to be thankful for - our health, happiness, and the family spirit and strength that reside within our home make me one entirely grateful and proud mama and wife.  With all the goodness and love that has come to surround us in friends, family, and memorable moments through the days and years, we are no doubt thankful for all the love given to our hearts.

More Turkey Day

Andrew once again cooked an enormous and delicious meal, we all ate and ate, Bryn was a huge fan of the pumpkin pie, the kids adored all of the attention they received, kids big and little laughed often, and we all toasted to being together for what was a very full and warm family day.  Cheers to family traditions and togetherness!  Thank you to all for making the day so special - we loved every minute!!

Thanksgiving 2012

We enjoyed a wonderful Thanksgiving as the house was full of family and laughter from morning to night.  A fairly mild morning turned into snow before the day was over, but as tradition dictates, we made it outdoors to toss the ball around and burn off that energy with the kids before the cold hit.

Beautiful Sunday

We packed a whole lot into our Sunday and we knew because Bennett was fast asleep before 8pm even hit. It was a day for some turkey day prep and shopping, hanging outside lights, a bike ride, long walk, a couple Target runs, dance parties, and lots of outside fun time with these two.
